VDDS Interface ZaWin - OnyxCeph³™
Configuration in OnyxCeph³™
Activation of the VDDS (PMS) interface via the Options|System options menu on the vertical tab |Patient| is described here.
Configuration in ZaWin
Once the VDDS interface has been activated in OnyxCeph³™, it must be configured in ZaWin via the Extras|Options (local) menu. To do this, open a free entry [VDDS integration] in the options tree and fill in the Designation, Program name and Icon fields:
Field | Entry | Comment |
---|---|---|
Designation | OnyxCeph | free text - is displayed as a hint on the icon |
Program name | ii_OnyxCeph3_BVS | Read entry from VDDS_MMI.ini 1) and check |
Icon | Onyx_Logo_512.png | is located in the local client directory …\Onyx3Client\.. |
If it is necessary for compatibility with other programmes (e.g. Sidexis) to fill the usual 4-digit patient ID from ZaWin to (e.g.) 10 digits when transferring to OnyxCeph³™, then the relevant additional settings must be set.
After saving and restarting ZaWin, the data of the patient selected in ZaWin can be transferred to OnyxCeph³™ using the icon button with the OnyxCeph³™ logo:
- If the patient does not yet exist in OnyxCeph³™, a new patient is created. The transferred data is first displayed in a transfer window.
- If the patient already exists in OnyxCeph³™, OnyxCeph³™ is opened or brought to the foreground with this patient.
- If the patient already exists in OnyxCeph³™, but some of the transfer data differs, a matching dialogue is displayed first, which compares the transferred and existing data and offers matching options.
