The following information is required to create an individual analysis:

1. For which image type the analysis should be created?
2. Name of the analysis
3. List of results to be calculated, consisting of
   1. Short name of the result variable
   2. Long name of the result variable
   3. Definition/calculation of the result variable and number of decimal digits
   4. Clinical norm (if available) *
   5. Standard deviation for the clinical norm (if available) *
   6. Verbal description for result value intervals (if available or required)
4. A sketch of the graphic tracing

* If desired, age- and gender-specific; specify ethnic groups if different from Caucasian

You are welcome to refer to already installed standard analyses in the information on the results to be calculated (see OnyxCeph³™ main menu item Help|Dictionary of findings).
The creation of an individual analysis costs a one-off fee of EUR 290 plus VAT, is delivered as a patch and can be installed via menu Options|Install patch.
If you also request the creation of a standard print form template, you will be invoiced on a time and material basis. We will send you an offer for confirmation in advance.
