The following messages may be displayed in the main window when OnyxCeph³™ is started and during operation. If a message is displayed as an error message, the problem must be corrected before further use of the software.
Solution: Update the software on the server as described in the wiki entry Perform software update.
Solution: When an annual license expires or a temporary test activation is about to run out, please send a request for a Request Renewal. An answer will be send to the email address provided typically on the same day.
Solution: The message will show if there is not enough disk space on the server or client PC. Please try to expand the free space on the drive that is shown as problematic.
Solution: The client or server PC is using an operating system version that does not meet the System Requirements.
Solution: Update the graphics card driver. Make sure that the system requirements for the graphics card are met.
