-|Findet keine Bildbearbeitung in der Sidexis-Software statt, sollte Methode (A) genutzt werden. Voraussetzung für deren Funktion ist die korrekte Installation der ODBC-Treibersoftware. Das kann über die Windows Systemsteuerung kontrolliert werden. Über das Element Verwaltung kann der Dialog ODBC-Datenquellen gestartet werden. Bei korrekter Installation sollte dort im Tab Benutzer-DSN und/oder System-DSN ein Treiber eingetragen sein. Andernfalls den Anwender darauf hinweisen, die Installation nachzuholen.|
